I have never needed to use a generator from Tri State. My review is not so much about the company as it is the character of the company. I run a fishing day for special needs children and tri-state generator has been a large sponsor for the past four years. This year our event was held in the rain, Scott and his army of men showed up with multiple pop-up tents to keep these kids warm and dry. They were not asked to do this it was just something that they did because they are wonderful people. Seeing how Scott and his wife Rebecca help so many within the community with their generous donations I can only imagine this would carry over into his company.

Scott and crew are the best around. I was thrown head first into the generator world, and I was lucky to stumble across Scott. I called him constantly with troubleshooting questions, which he always had an answer for. Most people wouldn't help a potential competitor, especially one that is only a few towns to the North. Thanks for bailing me out all the time!
